My Childhood Memories That Still Haunt Me took a lifetime to write. The author wanted others to know that regardless of how they were brought up or treated by their parents, they can still come through it. He realizes that it was the way he was treated as a child that shaped him as a man.

He adds:

For years I have been urged by so many people to write a book about my life story. However, I didn’t want to upset my mother, father, and step-father with its contents. Then again, there was the temptation of it possibly being a best seller, along with the thought that as it is a much traumatized account of my childhood, perhaps nobody would accept or believe it to be true.

Therefore, it is for this reason that I am compelled to put my life into print. Additionally, I think, having reached the age of 67 years, that if I do not do it now, it never will get done. So here is the finished book, in the hope that you will enjoy reading about all the problems I have had to overcome in order to be who I am today.
