About the Book

We are a loving couple trying to raise a family in a world where every penny should matter. Much too often, this doesn’t happen anymore. Money is thrown around like old socks!

In this book, we discuss people brought up in a time when even old socks were made useful for something. A time when you made every penny count and everything that you earned you used to its fullest potential. A time when people taught their children right from wrong and what was socially acceptable. A time when God came first in the household and that was OK, too.

We want people to know that there are still people like that in this world and it’s OK to be that way. God has a plan for us all. He tells us to love one another, so despite whatever turmoil our world may be in, never pass up the opportunity to help your fellow man.
