Quirky Novel Plays Out
in the Alaskan Wilderness

Whoo-ee! It’s Colder Than an Ice Monkey Out Here! If you thought you knew what the military is like, this humorous tale will be a real eye opener.

This strange story takes place in the vast winter wilderness of Alaska, where a young army sergeant assumes command of a small maintenance team to recover a broken-down vehicle left behind during a training exercise. With barely enough time to settle into his new digs, Sergeant Snerly receives a secret assignment upon his arrival in Alaska from his psychotic commanding general.

As Snerly and his team traverse the winter wonderland, some strange things begin to occur that elicit quite a reaction from the soldiers. After returning to base, the men find out what “cold” really means when Snerly betrays the general by confiding in his sergeant, MSG Toughman.
