She is the daughter of an Air Force Colonel and grew up in various places including Maryland, Illinois, Texas, and Bitburg, Germany. JeanField met her husband, Roland, when he was in the Air Force stationed at Randolph Air Force Base near San Antonio. After graduating from Texas State University with a Math and Computer Science degree, she and her husband moved to the Houston area and now live in Richmond. They have two married children who live nearby; her daughter, Jenny has a son and two daughters and her son, Trey, has two sons. JeanField worked in Houston for thirty years in the oil &amp; gas and healthcare industries as a Software Engineer and Compliance Analyst.<\/p>\n<p>JeanField published her first children\u2019s book in 2009, Twinkle, A Christmas Story which was dedicated to her family and parents who have shown her the true joy of Christmas and family. Zoie NO! The Little Boxer Puppy published in 2010 was based on the true story of her daughter\u2019s mischievous boxers, Zoie and Tyson. In 2014, she published her third children\u2019s book, Hello Friends: Where Are You Going? inspired by her pre-school grandchildren who love books with colorful pictures and fun characters. Her daughter was the illustrator for all three books.<\/p>\n<p>JeanField recently started a small business, JeanField Books, for writing and selling her books and also selling her father\u2019s book, 459th Fighter Squadron, The Twin Dragons by Colonel James Fielder, relating the story of his WWII squadron. She graduated from the University of Houston with a Business Administration degree in Marketing. She has worked in retail management in Houston as a Production Manager, Direct Mail Manager, and currently as a Media Director. Jenae is married and has three children, a son who is four and two daughters, ages six and one.
