His most famous writings are Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and its sequel, Through the Looking-Glass, and the nonsense poems, “The Hunting of the Snark” and “Jabberwocky.” Because his writing is noted for its word play, logic, and fantasy, it has a great appeal to adults.
